First time use
In this example we will use two boards: Clients and Support Tickets board. New support tickets are created via monday form, and both boards have common Email column.
To automatically link support ticket with client:
- Add 'Connect Boards' column to Support Tickets board and connect it with Clients board.
- Install integration on Support Tickets board:
- When item is created, create link in Connect Boards Column when Column matches with Column on linked board.
- For Connect Boards Column select Clients column.
- For Column select 'Support Tickets > Email' column.
- For Column on linked board select 'Clients > Email' column.
- Click 'Add to board'
When new entry is created, integration will search Clients board for matching email, and it will add link 🎉.
