Omnitas Time Reporting Solution (OTRS)
It has never been easier for you to report time against clients, projects and tasks in one place. All inside of monday.com without needing any 3rd party services or integrations.
Time Reporting Solution provides a board view that makes it easy to select relevant objects and quickly enter time reports in a weekly or monthly timesheet. Managers or time admins can view everyone's submissions and approve entries by changing a status which in turn can initiate any custom automated workflow thanks to monday.coms strong native automations.
The app consists of:
- Time Reporting view where you can enter or view time data
- Planning view where you can set values for weekly or monthly budget
- Set of board templates which provide zero setup way to start working with Omnitas Time Reporting Solution. Here you can find an example boards with Time Reporting and Planning views as well as Dashboard and several other views showing the power and simplicity of using monday.com as time reporting tool. You can build entirely custom solution based on these templates.
How it works
OTRS keeps all the data in monday.com. Unlike other solutions, it does not use separate database for storing the times and uses items on a board as the source of information. This means

- integrated environment where data can be easily analysed using monday.com tools.
Boards to be used with Time Reporting view require few columns, such as Person, Date, Time, and 1 to 3 references (e.g. Clients board, Projects boards etc.). Learn more about these requirements in Using Time Reporting view.
